Our 20-foot storage containers are near-new, fitted with covered vented openings and a double roof, and sealed well enough to keep dust out. Everything inside stays dry, protected, and exactly as you left it.
What Makes These Containers Different
A lot of storage facilities use retired shipping containers. Ours are near-new, which makes a practical difference to the condition of everything stored inside.
Tight door seals
Near-new seals keep the majority of dust out. Doors open and close easily, without the resistance of older containers.
Covered vented openings
Air circulates through covered vented openings, preventing moisture build-up inside without exposing your belongings to the elements.
Double
roof
A second roof creates a buffer against the heat of the south coast sun, keeping the temperature inside lower during summer.
Individual alarm
Each container has its own alarm, monitored around the clock. Not a shared perimeter system. Your container, specifically.
Size And Specifications
We have 20 containers, all 20-foot standard size. That is a practical amount of space for overflow belongings, transitional storage, or anything that needs to stay dry and protected for an extended period.
A container suits a two-bedroom home's worth of belongings, or the overflow from a larger home after a downsize. It is also well suited to business stock, trade equipment, and anything that needs protection from dust, moisture, and heat over an extended period.
Who Uses Them?
Containers tend to suit people whose storage need is open-ended rather than short-term. The most common situations are people bridging between properties, and grey nomads heading off around Australia in a caravan who need somewhere secure and dry for everything they are leaving behind.
Some customers arrive needing one container and, as their situation evolves, end up with two or three. Anita works with them to make sure the arrangement stays practical and the pricing reflects the relationship. Long-term customers who commit to multiple units are not treated as new business each time.
The flexibility matters. Whether you need one container for six months while a property settles, or three containers for an extended period while you travel, the arrangement can grow with you without penalty.
Most of the time it is peace of mind knowing everything is being looked after.
