Monthly billing on all units. Pay for what you use, nothing more. If you leave before a prepaid period ends, you get the unused months back. If you stay a long time, Anita looks after you.
Monthly Rates
All prices are per month. The discounted rate applies when you pay three or six months in advance.
The 9x4m and 10x4m sheds are high clearance. The 4x3m sheds rarely become available. Call Anita to check what is currently free.
How The Pricing Works
Monthly
billing
Billed month to month. No annual contracts. The minimum period is one month.
Prepay
and save
Pay three or six months in advance and save $10 per month on any unit size.
pro-rata
refunds
Leave before a prepaid period ends and receive a refund for the unused months. No penalty, no argument.
long-term customers
Customers who stay are looked after. Anita rewards loyalty. Talk to her directly about long-term arrangements.
What The Rate Includes
Every unit at every price point includes individual 24-hour alarm monitoring, your own padlock and sole access, strict identity verification on every visit, and Anita's personal induction when you start. There are no additional fees for these. They are standard.
There are no administration fees, no sign-up fees, and no exit fees. You pay for the unit. That is it.
